“There were many challenges while filming Charging, in order to capture the magic of Jasmine’s world. Velinda and I worked closely during post, shoot and preproduction to include this idea of light and incidental rainbows in a nod to the magic of her imagination and the physics of how waves create electricity. During the grade in particular our goal was to bring this magic to the underwater world. Vel’s knowledge and presence during the post process was invaluable in creating this effect whilst not going too far. This is why I love working with Velinda. Her commitment to the story is unwavering from the first idea to final frame. ”
